So sweet!

I sadly do not have a picture to go along with this, but I intend to take one and post it! Last night Atticus was really interested in the baby. Usually whenever I ask him if he wants to feel the baby kicking he says no and runs away. Last night however was different. When the baby started kicking I asked him and he said yes. He came over and got in bed with me and put his hand on my tummy and when the baby kicked he looked at me with this look that is hard to describe...kinda like he was freaked out that there really is something in there. The second time the baby kicked I said thats the baby and he said, "thats awesome!" It was so cute! I started to tear up because it was so neat to see him really connect with the baby. Also ever since then he has been talking a lot about his baby sister. (no, we have not found out what the baby's sex is but he has said from the beginning that he is having a baby sister). I am really excited that he is excited and can't wait until he can actually see and hold his baby sister/brother, I know that he will be an amazing big brother!

Fun with Kylie and Matthew!

Last weekend Kylie and Matthew came to visit (Ang and John did too!). Everyone had a ton of fun between rides in the motorcycle trailer, seeing the new baby sheep, off-roading, Old Greg, birthday cake, and stuff I am most likely forgetting!

Just a few pictures from a couple of weeks ago. Today Atticus started saying that baby Conk is in my belly. Now this has not been the first time he has suggested that we name the baby Conk, he just never has actually called the baby Conk. Oh, and that is his girl name. His boy names were pooh bear and Nemo. Can you tell that he is 3? LOL! Anyway, hope that everyone is doing well! Atticus really enjoyed having Kylie and Matthew here visiting, and is excited that Aub, Andrew, and Alaina will be here this weekend! Two weekends full of cousins!

Mrs. Fix it. LOL!

Well, this morning after Atticus got out of the bath I decided that his hair was getting too long and I cut it. It looks good, and I like it! He can now spike it up in the front again.

Then one of Atticus' favorite toys, his Smart Street (this toy was Anthony's so it is well beyond it's years) needed new batteries. After putting the new batteries in, it still was not working! So, being the handy person that I am (haha, yeah right) I took the bottom off of it to see what the problem was. Well, after cleaning it out and moving some wires I put the bottom back on and tried once more. SUCCESS, it works once more!! The Smart Street lives on! <3!

Disneyland!

So, we went to Disneyland on December 16,2007. Atticus was so excited he could hardly contain himself. I guess you would be too after waiting and watching the rides on youtube for the whole month prior to the trip. Keith would show him the different videos and ask, "do you want to go on this ride?" The ride that Atticus was most excited about was the Matterhorn (he's a thrill seeker, what can I say...LOL!) Anyway, the day and weather turned out to be great and yes Atticus LOVED the Matterhorn ! He also of course loved every other ride he went on as well. He now asks about going to Disneyland and Spencer's house (his cousin) about every other day.February seems so far away for a 3 year old!
